We are seeking an experienced Conversion Optimization Specialist to join our marketing team. As a Conversion Optimization Specialist at Stan Ventures, you will be responsible for managing, testing and implementing conversion points in the marketing funnel.
- Create wireframes, mockups, design documentation for use by our digital marketing teams to continuously improve engagement.
- Be able to present multiple design options, collect feedback from stakeholders, and quickly turn around new designs both desktop and mobile views.
- Pixel perfect approach to all the deliverabl.
- Manage key conversion points in the marketing funnel.
- Manage and optimize landing pages, website calls-to-action (CTAs), and lead-generating forms.
- A/B test and continually measure the performance of CTAs.
- Optimize our marketing’s conversion paths.
- Collaborate with teams responsible for paid marketing, blogging, email, social media, in order to optimize each conversion path.
- Increase conversion rates and drive marketing-qualified leads for our sales team.
- Optimize the lead-to-customer conversion rat.
- Increase funnel marketing efficiencies.
- Flexibility to adopt new strategies and learn new trends in marketing.
- 2 to 4 years relevant experience.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
- An awareness of the competitive business environment in which they work
