On July 31, 2025, Google will officially discontinue<\/a> support for the SpecialAnnouncement structured data, a web feature launched during the early stages of the COVID-19 pandemic.\u00a0<\/p>\n

This once-critical tool, used to surface urgent updates in search results, will no longer be recognized or indexed by Google after the cutoff date.<\/p>\n
