Norsteel Building is a Pre Engineered Steel & Metal Buildings provider based in Canada. Their website became live in the final quarter of 2019 and the purpose was to find leads from Canada and the US who are interested in buying their pre-engineered steel buildings.
When they approached Stan Ventures, they were getting around 1.5K organic traffic per month from Canada and they were ranking for 35 keywords in the top three positions.
Norsteel approached Stan Ventures in 2021 after they found that the number of leads generated through their organic traffic was abysmal.
While the website was getting organic traffic from the US and Canada, we found the traffic wasn’t coming from intent-specific keywords.
However, like most other website owners, Norsteel wanted our support only to build quality backlinks. And since we are especially good at that, we were up for the task.

In 2021, Norsteel had only 215 referring domains. Now, they have a total of 722 referring domains.
Norsteel is ranking in Canada in the second position for the most lead-generating keywords “steel buildings” and “pre engineered steel building”.
In fact, over the last two years, the brand has received so much brand recognition that the brand keyword “norsteel buildings” now has a 1.3k search volume, which almost equals the search volume of the generic keyword “steel buildings”
