Refund Policy

At Stan Ventures, we strive to deliver high-quality SEO, link-building, and digital marketing services. Due to the nature of our work, which involves significant manual labor, outreach efforts, and third-party publisher fees, our refund policy is structured as follows.

1. General Refund Terms

Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Generally, we offer refunds only if the requested work has not yet commenced or if we significantly fail to deliver the agreed-upon services within the stipulated timeframe without valid justification.

2. Service-Specific Conditions

a. Link Building & Blogger Outreach

Our link-building processes involve direct communication and negotiation with independent webmasters and publishers.

• Completed Placements: Once a link has been successfully placed and is live on the target publisher's website, no refunds will be issued.
• Undelivered Placements: If we are unable to secure a placement within the agreed timeframe, you may opt for a replacement link of equal value or request a full refund for that specific undelivered placement.
• Cancellations: If an order is cancelled before outreach has begun, a full refund will be provided. If outreach has begun but no links are live, a partial refund may be issued minus processing and administrative fees.

b. Managed SEO & Monthly Campaigns

Our Managed SEO services are typically billed on a monthly recurring basis unless a custom term is agreed upon.

• Cancellations: Cancellations for monthly recurring services must be made at least 7 days before the next billing cycle begins to prevent further charges.
• Mid-Month Cancellations: No prorated refunds are provided for mid-month cancellations once the month's campaign activities and resource allocations have started.

c. Content Writing Services

For standalone content writing services, we provide a specified number of revisions as per your service tier.

• If you are unsatisfied with the content after the included revisions, we will work with you to amend it. However, once the final content is delivered and approved, or partially published, no refunds are granted.

3. Delays and Turnaround Times

While we consistently strive to meet all estimated deadlines, third-party publisher delays can occasionally occur. A delay in link placement does not automatically qualify an order for a refund. However, if a delay exceeds 30 days beyond the estimated delivery date, the client may request a full refund for the undelivered portion of the service.

4. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund request or cancellation, please contact our billing department directly:

Our team will review your request and respond within 2-3 business days.

5. Processing of Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original method of payment used during the transaction.

Please allow 5-10 business days for the credited amount to successfully reflect in your bank account or credit card statement, depending on your financial institution's processing times.

6. Chargebacks and Disputes

We highly encourage clients to contact our support team directly to resolve any issues or concerns before initiating a chargeback with their bank or payment provider (e.g., PayPal, Stripe). Unjustified chargebacks or payment disputes may result in the immediate suspension of all ongoing services, cancellation of pending orders, and the potential removal of previously built live links.
