Elisabeth de Gramont is the Chief Brand Officer and Head of Impact at Unified Commerce Group (UCG), where she oversees marketing strategies and brand development for purpose-driven fashion retail brands, including Frank And Oak and Spiritual Gangster. In her role, she leads sustainability initiatives, focusing on circular design, supply chain transparency, and product life cycle analysis. Before joining UCG in June 2020, Elisabeth served as an independent consultant and held leadership positions at C Space, contributing to consumer trends and foresight projects for multinational clients. Her earlier experience includes roles at Jigsaw International and Condé Nast. Elisabeth holds a Bachelor of Arts in Diplomacy and World Affairs from Occidental College and has pursued studies at Peking University and Harvard Business School Online.
