She began her tenure as a Brand Manager, advancing to Senior Brand Manager and Director of Digital and Brand Marketing before assuming her current role. Her career in marketing and public relations commenced in 2010 at DeVries Public Relations as an Account Executive. She later joined VaynerMedia in 2012, progressing through positions such as Senior Account Executive, Account Manager, Account Supervisor, and Account Director. Caitlin holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Marist College, earned between 2006 and 2010, with a focus on Public Relations, Communication Studies, Fashion Merchandising, French, and Global Studies.
