Jordi Ribas, Microsoft’s Head of Search, says that Bing is gaining ground, and AI is its secret weapon. Through X and LinkedIn, Ribas detailed how Bing Chat, launched in February 2023, has ignited engagement, increased market share, and bolstered Microsoft’s search business.
