RDP Business Scoops 3X Organic Growth in 4 Months

RDP Arena is a remote desktop solutions provider, active since 2012. They deal with RDP, VPS, Super RDP, Super VPS and Linux VPS and use their website to attract potential prospects looking for these services online.

Background

The client was ranking at the top of the search for several industry-focused main keywords, but then, they lost them to their competitors. With that as the main issue stopping them from growing organically, RDP Arena reached out to Stan Ventures in August 2022 and officially signed up.

The client’s site was ranking for a total of 546 keywords in August and secured the top 3 positions for 27 of those keywords, as you can see in the image below.

In terms of organic traffic, they received less than 600 monthly visits around the same time.

Our Approach

As a seasoned SEO agency, we knew we had to put in effort from every direction, including on-page and off-page SEO to boost keyword rankings for the client.

We rolled up our sleeves and set to work, beginning with a sitewide audit. We came up with a tailor-made, fully managed SEO strategy to drive results for RDP Arena. With a keyword-centric strategy, we shortlisted keywords for which the client’s website ranked anywhere from the 7th and 75th position. Those were the keywords we were going to target. It was a combination of some low-hanging fruits and high-hanging ones.

On-Page Fixes

Based on the findings of the sitewide audit, our SEO experts and content specialists worked together to optimize 25 web pages for the client at a stretch. While our SEOs narrowed down the target keywords and fixed technical issues with specific web pages, our content team placed the keywords contextually in the content.

Based on our industry expertise that runs down over a decade and tried-and-tested SEO practices, we strongly believe that including keywords in the right places of the content is equally important as identifying the right keywords. That’s exactly what our SEO experts and content specialists put into action to achieve a common goal.

Off-Page Fixes

Apart from focusing on selected keywords from within the client’s website, we had to target them from the outside.

Our outreach team fetched niche-specific sites with link building opportunities for our client’s business. We refined the inventory on 20+ link metrics and shared the curated list with the client for their approval. Once we received the green signal from them, we confirmed the link placements for our client on the chosen sites using an end-to-end manual outreach strategy.

Following that, we leveraged our native content writers to create informative, conversational content pieces that appeal to the target audience of corresponding sites. Once the content was ready, we placed the backlinks in the right keywords to make them contextually strong and boost organic traffic to our client’s site.

Results

Following the SEO strategies we implemented, we finally saw the site showing visible growth in December. It happened in just 4 months of the client onboarding.

We noticed a significant improvement in three major areas. First, the keyword ranking, which RDP Arena wanted all along.

By the closure of December, the site ranked for 860 keywords in total (less than 600 in August). They were ranking in the top 3 positions for 63 keywords (again, just 27 in August).

Second, comes link building. Backlinks are one of Google’s top ranking factors. As a result of our link-building efforts, the number of external web pages referring to RDP Arena grew from 188,271 in August to 252,025 in December 2022. Third, and most important, organic traffic. After all, the ultimate goal of every SEO campaign is to boost the organic traffic flow to the target site. That’s how conversions happen.

As mentioned earlier, the site was receiving less than 600 monthly visits in August 2022. 

As a result of our consistent and genuine teamwork, in December 2022, we were able to help the site scoop nearly 1500 monthly visits, and it’s still growing. That’s 3X organic traffic growth for the client’s site in 4 months.
